JOB DESCRIPTION :
The EDR Project's Business Process Management Center (BPMC) Section is looking for dynamic, innovative, and creative people to stand up this new section and launch a brand new program at FTB. Business Process Management (BPM) is a management discipline aimed at improving business process performance by linking FTB strategic goals to operational performance across the enterprise. BPMC works with FTB section managers and senior staff to implement consistent policies, standards, processes, and procedures for managing FTB's business processes; ensuring operational excellence. Under the direction of the BPMC manager, the BPM Analyst works closely with FTB and EDR project staff and management in perforrming activities related to the implementation and maturation of the BPM Methodology.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES :
Knowledge of BPM methodology and FTB's business processes.
Knowledge of EDR Project objectives and FTB's Mission, Vision and Strategic Goals.
Technical writing experience such as: procedures, policy documents, and standards.
Experience using Visio, SharePoint, and Clearquest.
Knowledge of Organizational Change Management (OCM) proactices and experience performing OCM activities.
