JOB DESCRIPTION :
The EDR Project's Business Process Management Center (BPMC) Section is looking for dynamic, innovative, and creative people to stand up this new section and launch a brand new program at FTB. Business Process Management (BPM) is a management discipline aimed at improving business process performance by linking FTB strategic goals to operational performance across the enterprise. BPMC works with FTB section managers and senior staff to implement consistent policies, standards, processes, and procedures for managing FTB's business processes; ensuring operational excellence. The incumbent works closely with the BPM Architectand EDR and FTB business and IT staff in performing activities related to the implementation and maturation of the Business Process Management Discipline as part of the EDR Project – with a focus on the automated BPM Suite system.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES :
Knowledge of BPM Methodology and FTB's business processes
Knowledge of EDR Project objectives and IT Trends including, BPM, BRM, and ITIL
Experience writing technical documents such as: specifications, procedures, policy, and standards
Experience gathering business requirements, minning business rules, and automating business processes
Experience using Visio, SharePoint, and Clearquest
