Job Description:
Under the general direction of a Supervising Property Appraiser and the guidance of a Senior Specialist Property Appraiser, the Associate Property Appraiser in the Assessment Services Unit researches the less complex property tax issues involving the taxation of real property and prepares written analyses of findings. Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions (*) with or without reasonable accommodations. This position is located in a high-rise building. All applicants will be considered; however, SROA/Surplus will be given priority.
