District 2, Division of Planning and Local Assistance has a vacancy for an Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) in the Redding Office.
Under the direction of the Chief of Advance Planning, a Senior Transportation Engineer, the incumbent independently performs budgetary, project management, and other analytical administrative duties for the Division.
Incumbent will develop, monitor, and report on allocations and expenditures for various offices within the Division and the programs that the Division administers.
Must be proficient with a personal computer and the latest software applications necessary to provide reports and analyze data. Must be able to navigate and extract information from various departmental information systems.
Will consider downgrade to SSA for recruitment purposes. May also consider Training & Development assignment. Standard State application (STD 678) is required. SROA/Surplus applicants must provide a copy of the notice. Applications subject to screening – interviews may be held. Pending personnel approval.
