Job Description:
Under the general supervision of the Staff Services Manager I, Space Management Unit, the analyst works independently in support of Board of Equalization (BOE) facility relocation/expansion projects. Completes space alteration requests and special project assignments in leased and State owned facilities. Conducts analysis on facilities and lease management projects. Develops reports, issue papers, and presents findings and recommendations to management. Designs and requisitions furniture systems. Works with the Office of State Architect (OSA), Real Estate Services Division (RESD), and Building and Property Management (BPM). Performs project management tasks on construction and tenant improvement projects and may work directly with lessors and construction contractors. Travel required 20% of the time.
The incumbent must have strong organizational and interpersonal abilities in addition to being a team player dedicated to providing strong customer service while coordinating multiple projects. The position is located in a high-rise building. All applicants will be considered; however, SROA/Surplus will be given priority.
