Job Description:

Are you a leader? Do you enjoy working in a fast paced environment? If you are up for the challenge, the Board of Equalization’s Performance Management Section has an opening for a Staff Services Manager I. Candidates must possess excellent leadership skills, including; but not limited to, good communication, planning and organizational skills. Excellent service to internal and external customers. The incumbent will lead a great team of analysts who are responsible for providing guidance, consultation, recommendations, and training to supervisors and managers on department personnel policies and procedures relative to the progressive discipline and reasonable accommodation processes. The position is located in a high-rise building. Travel required 10% of the time.
