Job Description:
All applicants will be considered however, SROA/Surplus will be given priority.Under direction of an Office Services Supervisor, the Office Assistant performs a variety of clerical tasks for the Return Analysis Unit (RAU). Duties include, but are not limited to, answering telephones, picking up and delivering mail, sorting correspondence to the appropriate personnel and mailing letters to taxpayers. Performs other job related duties as required. Finger printing required. The position requires the incumbent to be fingerprinted.

This is the entry, trainee and journey level position. Candidate must be able to perform the essential job functions (*) with or without reasonable accommodations. Under close supervision as a trainee or general supervision at the full journey level, the Office Assistant performs the following duties:
