The Revenue Services Support Unit is looking for an individual who can function independently to provide exceptional customer service via telephone. As a Senior Motor Vehicle Technician in the Dishonored Check (DC)/Franchise Tax Board (FTB) Phone Section, responsibilities include handling complex telephone calls from the public, field offices, and FTB regarding delinquent registration fees and dishonored check collections and performing technical work of extraordinary difficulty associated with the FTB collection and DC process. Required skills include effective analytical, oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Possess an extensive working knowledge of the VR Programs and DMVA Series I device, RUMBA, Oracle and Crystal databases.
Work hours are 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday, Flextime is not available.
Extended office hours may be required for late field office phone coverage.
May be required to work Saturdays or mandatory overtime.
