Job Description:
All applicants will be considered however, SROA/Surplus will be given priority. Under direction of the Key Data Supervisor II, the Key Data Operator will perform simple repetitive keying of information from various remittance and source documents using a personal computer and/or adding equipment. Accurately and competently key entry data and verify information from remittance and source documents. Receive, open and sort documents and checks; make simple arithmetical computations; researches information as necessary; assist in compiling and/or tabulating simple statistical data; operates encoding and sorting equipment, and other office equipment as directed; carries or otherwise transports, sorts, distributes or processes bundles/boxes/bags of mail, documents, and checks. Perform quality review, corrections, scanning and other cashiering duties as requested. The position is located in a high-rise building. The position requires the incumbent to be fingerprinted. Pending HRD approval. Multiple positions available. Applicants must submit a completed Standard State Application (STD 678) to the address stated, which must be received by the final closing date.
