Job Description:
All applicants will be considered however, SROA/Surplus will be given priority.
Ability to perform on-line tasks that establish, maintain and correct the Boards Taxable Activity Registration System and the Security Deposits System. General knowledge of Bradley Burns law and allocation of local taxes is preferred. Knowledge of basic PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), effective oral and written communication skills, IRIS basics, adapt to changing priorities.The position is located in a high-rise building. The position requires the incumbent to be fingerprinted.
