JOB DESCRIPTION :
Under the administrative direction of the System Software Specialist III Supervisor (Sup) of the Information Security Audit Unit, the Senior Information Systems Analyst Supervisor (Sr ISA Sup) will oversee and supervise the Information Security Audit Analysts. They will be required to participate in administrative investigations and interviews. The individual will also participate in a wide variety of consultative, analytical, and evaluative assignments to ensure the security and integrity of Franchise Tax Board (FTB) data within the automated system.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES :

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS :
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to multi task and quickly respond to urgent matters
At least 3 years of extensive knowledge of various FTB systems (BETS, TI, INC, ARCS, etc.) that allows for the ability to interpret varies security logs from many different systems to identify inappropriate activities and transcations on FTB systems
Knowledge of Internet/Intranet technologies and processes
Knowledge of FTB infrastructure (network and mainframe)
Experience completing individual and group staff work
Ability to interact with various levels including Legal, Personnel and law enforcement agencies
Experience with Administrative investigations and interviews
