JOB DESCRIPTION :
Are you looking for an exciting and challenging opportunity? The Northern Region Field Offices are conducting a search for a Staff Services Analyst to join our team. Under the supervision of the Regional Manager, you will work in partnership with the Staff Services Analyst in the Southern Region to develop and maintain the field office’s data reporting systems that support the field collections and public counter programs. the individual is responsible for a variety of duties related to creating, analyzing and maintaining databases for the Region and developing and delivering reports for the Management team. You will assist the Field Collection Supervisors and Mangers in pulling monthly team reports and create adhoc reports for the purposes of managing the field collection activiity. You will work on various team assignments, participate on special projects and conduct studies regarding the ability of the collection and public counter programs in the field offices to do their work in the most efficient and effective manner.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES :
Experience with Microsoft Project or similar project planning/scheduling tools.
Familiarity with FTB’s organization,operations and programs.
Familiarity with Remote desktop sharing eg. Microsoft Office Live Meeting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Produce high quality work in an environment of continuous change.
Be able to manage concurrent assignments.
Be self-motivated, enthusiastic, responsible and accountable.
Proficient in Microsoft Office systems, Access, Excel and Word, etc.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
