Duties: Under the supervision of the Business Services Officer (BSO), the Office Tech (OT) is responsible for calculating and logging Corpsmember hours on a daily basis, completing Weekly
Rosters and recording hours into CADCARS for up to 120 Corpsmembers. Initiate and process paperwork for hires, separations, promotions, health benefit enrollments, and on-the-job-injury reports.
Maintain personnel, confidential, and administrative files and reference materials. Act as administrative support for Center Director and other center personnel. Act as secretary for Community Advisory Board which includes arranging all meetings, acting as point of contact, taking minutes and making any necessary bank deposits. Responsible for entering and tracking Accounts Receivable, along with
assisting with travel accommodations, revolving fund advances and TECs as needed. Monitor and track all workers compensation cases and minor injury reports and point of contact for HQ, SCIF and medical doctors.
Special Requirements: Proof of typing 40 WPM. Computer knowledge, MS Word, Excel Spreadsheets. Good organization and communication Skills.
