Provides ongoing consultation to Managers and Supervisors and conducts research and needs assessments to identify and resolve training issues. The incumbent will provide options and alternatives that may include the development and delivery of training programs to meet identified division/department needs. Will collaborate with internal customers and external vendors to identify cost effective training solutions and assist in course customization. Will consult with District Training Representatives to determine compliance with District training requirements and subsequently provide reports and update the Staff Service Manager on status of stated requirements. Will evaluate training programs and/or effectiveness of staff development and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
