Under close supervision of an Employment Pgm Mgr I and direct guidance of an Employment Pgm Rep, and after intensive formal and on-the-job trng in Workforce Services Program, will provide services to youth designated as 'high risk'.
Services will include education and workforce service needs assessment, peer advising, career awareness, referral of clients to education institutions and local trng providers, referral of clients to suitable jobs, presention of job search trng workshops and job ID in local community.
Applicants must meet YEOP eligibility criteria, be attending school and have a desire to help other youth. Must have the ability to read/write at a level necessary to document.
