Job Description:
Public contact which may include driver licensing, vehicle registration and cashiering. Skills to meet job requirements at entry level are: Verbal communications, interpersonal skills, learning ability, mathematical and cashiering. Saturday and/or extended office hours may be required. All eligible candidates may apply; however, hiring preference will be given to eligible permanent intermittent MVFRs based on seniority within the above designated geographical/organizational area. Post and Bid applicants are required to submit a State application (STD 678) marked with Post and Bid and this bulletin number. A training and development assignment will not be considered. “This position(s) may be subject to allocation approval by the Human Resources Branch.” Fingerprint/Criminal Record Clearance required before hire. Salary Range shown is the minimum and maximum for a full time appointment. Salaries for part-time and/or intermittent appointments may vary. A training and development assignment will not be considered. Salary posted is the actual base pay of classification. Actual base pay will be reduced pursuant to the Personal Leave Program (PLP). “SROA/Surplus candidates are encouraged to apply.”
