Under the general direction of the Senior Psychologist (Supervisor), the Psychologist- Clinical, C.F., will provide clinical support of the Board of Parole Hearings (BPH) mental health evaluation process for life term inmates (limited to Penal code 5079). Individual workload management and adherence to deadlines is crucial. Substantial travel to correctional institutions is required.
Hiring preference will be given to applicants possessing specialized training and experience in forensic psychology and administration of violence risk assessments.
