District 11 is accepting applications for a Senior Transportation Electrical Engineer in the Engineering Division. All applicants will be screened for breadth and depth of experience. Only the most qualified applicants will be interviewed based on screening criteria. For this reason, it is especially important that applicants take special care in accurately and completely filling out the application.

In addition to the state application, each prospective applicant is required to submit a one-page written paper (Statement of Qualifications) describing his or her qualifications and interest in the position.

Senior Transportation Engineer, Electrical - Under the general direction of the District Division Chief of Engineering, a Supervising Transportation Engineer, the incumbent supervises the work of the Traffic Design Electrical Branch. The incumbent must possess a valid certificate of registration as an electrical engineer issued by the California State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers.
