JOB DESCRIPTION :
Under the supervision of the Labor Relations Officer, the Staff Services Analyst responsibilities include analytical staff work relating to labor relations (contract administration, grievances, arbitrations, and labor negotiations.) Incumbents in the position exercise a high degree of initiative and independent judgment in performing assignments, which range from technical to complex research, and includes interpretation, and analysis. Demonstration of a commitment to providing quality service that is accurate, timely, and efficient is required. This position is designated as confidential.
