Job Description:
This is an office manager position in a grade III field office. Skills to meet job requirements at entry level are: communication (written and verbal), interpersonal skills, supervisory, planning and organizing. Seeking an innovative, motivated, dependable team player that possess the ability to work independently, multi-task and adjust work load priorities. Under the direction of the regional administrator, the office manager is primarily responsible for effectively managing workloads and resources, budgeting available dollars and hours to ensure that the office is fully staffed and functional. The office manager is directly responsible for development and maintenance of a high quality public service program, implementing new technology, employee development and is accountable for daily operational activities. Selected candidate may be required to participate in the employee pull notice program.
