JOB DESCRIPTION :
Under the supervision of the Office Services Manager I, independently perform a variety of support functions that include security badging duties. The duties of this position include, but are not limited to: participating in the hiring process of all employees and vendors, instruct new hire pre-employment classes, input application information into a computerized database system, work with the Fingerprint Coordinator to ensure the department's Background Check Policy is enforced, assist in the sale of Regional Transit merchandise, assist in the Vendor onboarding process, serve as a backup to the Public Counter assisting customers, answer and direct incoming calls, and act as a back-up to the department's Employment Development Department Coordinator. As a team member, you will utilize effective communication with others, ensure operational goals are met, and the department’s Missions and Values are upheld.
