Under the general direction of the AITM Systems Analyst Supervisor, you will join a collaborative, multi-disciplined group that provides a variety of services to support the Professional Audit Support System (PASS) and various Audit Applications. The incumbent primarily works to plan, coordinate, and execute AITM’s change control tasks and release cycle activities for the PASS application and Audit Applications. The incumbent may also work with our customers to define business requirements, evaluate proposed solutions, and deliver quality service and products. Additionally, the incumbent works in conjunction with other Technology Services Division (TSD) technical staff and Change Advisory Board (CAB) to coordinate change control activities for weekly and major release items and upgrades to software.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES :
Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to perform detailed analysis, define technical problems and recommend effective solutions.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment, and effectively interact with staff throughout the Department.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of, or experience with, the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and ITIL.
Self starter with a positive attitude and good sense of humor.
Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) as well as Microsoft Project.
Experience in development and maintenance of Word and Excel templates.
