JOB DESCRIPTION :
Under the supervision and guidance of an Administrator I the incumbent performs as a lead person. The incumbent provides technical assistance and training to team members responsible for reviewing and updating withholding information from worklists and other bureau support activities. You independently review staff work and analyze taxpayer information to assist team members and customers in determining withholding requirements and form processing. The incumbent is expected to demonstrate responsibility, initiative, and provide quality service to internal and external customers.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES :

- Knowledge of FTB Systems (TI, BETS, ARCS, ECOM, WASS)
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

- Positive attitude, and a sense of humor

WHO MAY APPLY : Current state employees with status in the above classification or lateral transfers from an equivalent class, former state employees who can reinstate into this class or persons who are reachable on a current employment list for this classification. A training and development assignment (T & D) will also be considered. All appointments are subject to SROA/Surplus hiring provisions.
