Job Description:
The Region VIII office is looking for someone to join their innovative and independent team of assertive individuals. Job duties include: prepare and consolidate daily, weekly and monthly regional reports for proper distribution. Utilize all office equipment including copy, fax machines and personal computers as appropriate. Under the direction of the Regional Administrator, assist the field office managers and region administrative assistant as needed. Travel and relief in offices throughout Region VIII may be required. Entry level skills to meet job requirements are: verbal communication, interpersonal, planning and organizing. Computer skills are also desired. Saturday and extended office hours may be required. Note: This position will be located in the Oceanside Field.

Fingerprint/Criminal Record Clearance required before hire. Salary Range shown is the minimum and maximum for a full time appointment. Salaries for part-time and/or intermittent appointments may vary. “This position(s) may be subject to allocation approval by the Human Resource Branch.” A training and development assignment will not be considered. “SROA/Surplus candidates are encouraged to apply.”
