Under the direction of the Office Services Supervisor I, incumbent is responsible for performing document retrieval services of applications and correspondence received by the Department. Duties include but are not limited to: Inputs data regarding retrieval and return of licensing and escrow files into File Request and Shipping data system; reviews and modifies database as required to maintain accurate information for the licensing history; corresponds with internal personnel regarding status of requests. Assembles files according to departmental procedures; acts as back up to front reception; and other duties as required.

•Ability to work independently with general supervision.
•Good communication and interpersonal skills.
•Good organizational skills; ability to adjust to shifting priorities and meet deadlines.
•Familiarity with personal computers utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, and other computer programs.
•Must provide courteous and reliable service.
•Physical requirements: This position requires the incumbent to use a step ladder/stool, bend, reach, and pull to place/retrieve files; push or pull a cart; and lift and carry boxes and folders up to 25 pounds.
•Ability to type at a speed of not less than 40 words per minute.
